The new TV and media platform is coming to your screen very soon.
There’s no need to unplug or restart your device — once the update is complete, the new version will appear the next time you turn on your TV.
You’ll receive a notification message as soon as the interface is updated. -
The subscription grants access to the full movie library, where even the most selective viewer can find content tailored to their preferences.
All content available through the subscription is ad-free and uninterrupted.
The subscription is valid for 1 month and is automatically renewed each month, based on the subscriber’s preferences.
It provides access only to the content included in the specific subscription package selected. -
Absolutely! All the channels included in your package are available on the new platform.
With the updated interface, many actions — including Catch-up — are now easier than ever.
For most channels, you can now enjoy up to 7 days of Catch-up viewing. -
Remote control usage has slightly changed on the new platform.
Previously, the circular directional button in the center of the remote was used to switch channels or adjust the volume.
On the new platform, this button is now used for navigation — helping you browse channels, scroll through the program list, manage subscriptions, and more.
To switch channels, use the CH+/- buttons, and to adjust the volume, use the dedicated volume buttons. -
To activate the device, connect it to a power source and plug it into your TV using an HDMI cable.
On the screen, you’ll see the first step: remote activation. Once that’s complete, select your preferred language for the Android system.
Then, connect to a Wi-Fi network or use an Ethernet cable connected to your home router.
We recommend signing in with your Google account to access Google Play services.
Next, complete the registration by entering your mobile phone number.
You can then choose your preferred subscription and start using the Uplay platform after completing the payment.
That’s it — your device is now connected and ready to go.
